Soviet-era concrete terrace with a split-level entry stair. The original slab was cracked through in three places and the step nosings had spalled back 40mm. Georgi broke out the old concrete, cast a new sub-base, and relaid in natural stone with a new two-step entry.

Detached village house, south-facing elevation. The original sand-cement render had failed in patches over roughly 30% of the face, with one large area down to bare brick. Georgi hacked off the full elevation rather than patch-and-paint (recommended, as partial patching invariably fails again within two seasons), applied a bonding coat, then a finish coat in the same mix throughout.

14-metre garden boundary wall that had been losing blocks for years. The owner had been patching with whatever was to hand; the result was structurally unreliable and visually chaotic. Georgi demolished the existing wall entirely (the base was also inadequate), laid a new foundation, and rebuilt 14 metres of single-skin blockwork with a solid concrete coping.

Open-plan living space in a Varna apartment divided into two separate rooms. New blockwork partition 3.5m × 2.4m with a central doorway, fully plastered both faces. Georgi worked around the owner's furniture without requiring it to be removed from the flat.

Storage room at ground level, 28m², original earth floor that turned to mud in winter. Georgi excavated 200mm, laid a hardcore base, polythene DPC, steel mesh reinforcement, and poured a 100mm reinforced concrete slab power-floated to a level finish. The owner now uses the space year-round.
